The State Art Center of Mexicali (CEART) provides a space for art and culture education, and events. It has an art gallery that hosts temporary collections and exhibitions, as well as concert halls, conference halls, classrooms and workshops, experimental theater, and even an open air theater. There are also fine art classes on several fields like music, dance and painting.
